The Carlyle neighborhood along Eisenhower Avenue is the center of major construction projects in Alexandria.  The developments include:

  • Construction of new 14 story, 400, 000 SF WMATA HQ for Virginia operations
  • Home to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (approx. 10,000 employees) and the National Science Foundation (approx. 2,000 employees)
