AEDP: Hi Matthew! Tell us, what’s been a highlight for your business this year?
Matthew Miller (MM): Our Drink & Eat Pairing Events were a massive success and great fun, especially The Wines of Sicily and The Fool’s Dinner Fine Beer & Junk Food event that featured Alexandria’s own Port City (and Mustang Sally).
AEDP: What is the biggest challenge your business has faced?
MM: Finding skilled kitchen talent has become very difficult in the past two years.
AEDP: Favorite thing about the holiday season in Alexandria:
MM: Old Town Alexandria is one of the most beautiful old cities of the United States, and it becomes even more so with authentic holiday décor during the season!
