As Real Estate Project Manager at AEDP, Wynn supports business attraction and retention projects through analysis and presentation of Alexandria’s Commercial Real Estate Market. He actively supports the initiatives of the City of Alexandria’s Industrial Development Authority and works closely with various stakeholders to implement real estate development projects and initiatives. Prior to joining AEDP, Wynn served as the Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for a Real Estate Asset Management firm where he oversaw all leasing and acquisition activity across the company’s managed portfolios.
Wynn graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has achieved a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium.
Wynn is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP Northern Virginia, where he serves as a member of the Developing Leaders Committee. When he is not spending time with his wife or goldendoodle, he can be found at East Potomac working on his swing.
