As Real Estate Manager at AEDP, Wynn supports business attraction and retention efforts through analysis and presentation of Alexandria’s Commercial Real Estate Market. He actively supports the initiatives of the City of Alexandria’s Industrial Development Authority (IDA), collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement real estate development projects and initiatives across the City.
Prior to joining AEDP, Wynn served as Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for a real estate asset management firm, where he led leasing and acquisition activity across the company’s managed portfolios.
Wynn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium.
An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP Northern Virginia, Wynn also serves as a member of the Developing Leaders Committee. When he is not spending time with his wife or goldendoodle, he can be found at East Potomac working on his swing.
