As the Events and Facilities Manager at AEDP, Teresa is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of meetings, conferences, and special events. She brings extensive experience and a proven track record in coordinating corporate functions, managing logistics, and delivering seamless event execution. Teresa is highly skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight—ensuring every event meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. 

In addition to her event work, Teresa oversees day-to-day facilities operations, serving as AEDP’s primary liaison to building management. She handles on-site logistics and maintains vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment and services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and workplace safety.  

Prior to joining AEDP, Teresa held roles at CB Richard Ellis and USAA Real Estate Company. A former caterer and passionate home cook, she brings her love of hospitality to everything she does. Known for her great local recommendations, Teresa enjoys exploring Alexandria’s vibrant dining and retail scene—and is always on the lookout for her next favorite spot.
