Talia Jones is the Small Business Client Services Coordinator at AEDP, where she serves as the first point of contact for entrepreneurs navigating the City’s business support services. Known for her hands-on approach and dedication to client success, she helps connect Alexandria’s small business community with the resources, guidance, and partnerships they need to grow.
A proud alumna of Alexandria City High School (formerly TC Williams), Talia previously spent 12 years in K–12 education supporting students from over 100 countries. Today, she’s a trusted advisor and an active presence in the community—you may even spot her around town carrying a big pair of red scissors as she helps welcome new businesses at ribbon cutting celebrations.
Outside the office, Talia is an avid collector of pop culture figurines and Stanley tumblers, a brunch enthusiast, and a passionate supporter of local shops. She’s always on the hunt for a new decor trinket or her next go-to lunch spot in the City.
