As Director of Business Development with AEDP, Alex recruits new companies to Alexandria, supports existing businesses with their expansion efforts, and strengthens partnerships between the City and the local business community.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from UNC Charlotte, and the Certified Economic Developer credential from the International Economic Development Council. In his free time, Alex enjoys wine tasting, traveling, and trying new restaurants in Alexandria. On weekends, you might find him browsing the Old Town Farmers Market, walking along the waterfront, or shopping at one of the many boutiques on King Street.
