Christina Mindrup is the Vice President of Real Estate for AEDP. She regularly assists in business attraction and retention efforts and works closely with stakeholders, investors, and developers, to implement strategies and initiatives for future catalyst development.
A veteran of the industry, Christina previously worked as a commercial broker with Grubb & Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, ING Clarion, and CarrAmerica, where she managed a Northern Virginia portfolio that included several notable Alexandria projects. She is a member of NoVA NAIOP, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and CREW, and serves on various committees helping businesses in the community meet their real estate needs.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio. As an Old Town Alexandria resident, her favorite coffee shop to frequent is Misha’s.
