Jessica is the Vice President of Operations at AEDP, where she leads the organization’s internal operations and systems to ensure smooth coordination, strategic alignment, and mission success. With a background in nonprofit management and organizational leadership, she brings more than a decade of experience supporting high-impact, mission-driven teams. Prior to joining AEDP, she held key leadership roles at the First Five Years Fund, the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, and Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic.
Jessica holds a B.A. in International Relations and French from American University and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law. Fun fact: her first job out of law school was at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children—then located in what is now the Hotel Heron in Old Town.
Originally from New Jersey (Exit 7A!), Jessica now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and their five rescue pups. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips, wine and a good book, and exploring Alexandria’s local scene—from cardamom lattes at Lily’s Chocolate & Coffee and cupcakes at Lavender Moon.
